Renting Items
Always ensure you know exactly the items being booked and paid for. No refunds will be made if you change your mind after the balance is paid.
Check your items upon arrival (drop off), inspect them and ensure they look good and operate like they should.
Do your research in advance and ensure the items fit where they are going and a backup plan is ready to go. Clients are responsible for the safety and health of their guests and also must ensure our items are secure, or out of harms way where they can get damaged. High winds means you should remove items from outside and place them inside.
