We will also email you a PDF explaining what we look for, payments, training, perks etc... for being Talent on our roster. We have all kinds of needs for all skill levels and any experience. We hire 90% of the talent we screen. However we work on commission so there is no guarantee you will get bookings fast or even in the first year. It all depends on what our clients ask for and if you're available on that date and time of course.

Become a sales agent

We are looking for ANY hard working moms, dads or college students looking to work a few hours a month and help us build our brand. Marketing on social media is the biggest thing we need right now. Most of the jobs we have are commission based and typically you make 10--20% of each booking you get us. We also have opportunities for paid jobs per day at trade shows, vendor fairs, festivals, community events etc... Become a Talent Recruiter

As we build our brand nationally, we need help finding all kinds of people, bands, entertainers, rental companies etc... to be on our talent roster. When a client wants a kids party DJ or a Magician in Columbus, Ohio....we want 2, 3 or 4 people on our roster to contact and get the job booked. Options are important and also if someone is booked already then more people qualified have the chance to get the gig. Talent Agreement

N/A means not applicable for this job and may be used throughout this agreement. Please reply back via email accepting this agreement. It is important to discuss details with the client via phone or email when you book the job and a few days before the event. Please alert the client of the website or call Stevie should any questions regarding their contract, services or anything else should occur. All clients must be kind, respectful and treat Talent right, if you are ever in danger, you are permitted to leave and still receive FULL payment. Talent may use their discretion to leave an event with any illegal or explicit activities such as violence, crime, conspiracy to commit crimes, underage drinking, drug use, sex acts etc... Talent will receive FULL payment. However if talent remains on site and law enforcement is involved, then talent may be held responsible for partaking or witnessing any acts and will be on their own for questioning or the need to secure their own attorney.

Terms

Talent should refrain from smoking or vaping near any guests or children as well as fellow vendors unless given a specific time and place to smoke or vape. Talent should always be mindful of behavior during jobs and that cameras are everywhere. Talent should always treat clients with respect and carry out professional conversations with guests, clients and vendors. Discussing personal lives should be limited. Talent is NOT permitted to consume any more than 1 alcoholic beverage per 4hr event. Client, Venue management or bartender must approve the alcoholic beverage. Talent is allowed to eat at a designated time and place based on the event needs and requirements discussed in advance with client and venue.


Talent is responsible for all of their own equipment, transportation and EZ pass or parking fees unless otherwise given details in advance. Equipment should look presentable and Talent should be well dressed and clean. Signage, audio or video loops and promotional materials MUST be approved by Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC in advance and under NO circumstances should Talent promote their own brand in any way other than a DJ name or act name shoutout for social media. Talent should refer any clients, guests or vendors to our company for future bookings. Talent will receive the job first or a commission in the future. Loyalty goes a long way.


Talent should ensure they follow all safety guidelines on all equipment operations and should NEVER perform an act that is not planned out in advance, certified or carry the proper insurance or permit for. Talent is NOT allowed to distribute or promote any other causes, MLM businesses, side hustles, church functions, charity events etc,.. without prior written consent from our company, client and venue.


Talent should maintain proper dress code, attire or costume at all times. Talent consents to all photos, recordings, videos or written text to be used in any company marketing or training for a period of 20 years. NO compensation will be given. We ask Talent to always tag us on social media posts with photos or videos from our events.


Talent is an independant contractor and is NOT an employee of Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC and should handle all of their taxes on their own. Talent is NOT covered by workers compensation or any medical benefits through our company. Talent may cancel this agreement in writing but must have a qualified replacement approved to take over. Talent is responsible for any cancellations or no shows without someone covering their spot. Talent will reimburse Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC and the client any costs, sales, wages or commissions should he or she cancel event or becomes a NO show with no replacement.


Renting Equipment--If talent should be in need of any costumes, items, supplies, facades, sound and lighting gear or any other items needed to perform their duties under this contract, a 50% off discount will be given in this case should Talent need to rent items from us to do the event. If other members of our company are doing the event or if things discussed in advance such as a popup tent or table with linen to be provided, then you will NOT be charged a rental fee. Talent is responsible for providing their own table, tent, generator and extension cords for any event booked under Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC unless otherwise discussed and noted in this agreement.


Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC waives all liability for any loss of media, content, music or equipment during any event. Talent is required to provide backup equipment and property coverage on their insurance in the event of failing equipment or a hard drive not working. Talent will be responsible to forfeit a percentage of their pay should their equipment stop working for more than 15 minutes or if they cannot fulfil their agreed upon duties.


Under no circumstances should Talent allow minors, elderley or clients with medical issues to assist them in setup or teardown. Talent should NEVER hand out food, candy, gum, or weapons as prizes or any sort of balloon design, item or supply.


Talent is to provide their own wifi hotspot for any event requiring internet, please do not rely solely on the venue as in some cases venues may restrict access to wifi or there may NOT be cell service near the venue.

This agreement is made within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Northampton County. Talent is asked to refrain from settling any legal matters in public or on social media. Talent is NOT permitted to work for this contracted client for 2 years unless otherwise allowed to contract the client on their own via written permision. All bookings for ANY event related services whether offered or not should be directed to Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC. Talent is asked to refrain from any slander, defamation of character or any harmful remarks on social media or in press releases or media interviews that may harm in any way physically or financially towards any event vendor, staff, entertainer, venue or client and their guests.


Talent should keep all communication between vendors and clients available to Stevie Blatz Entertainment LLC for a minimum of 1 year after event date. This helps us track quality, important details for next years event, and assists us in legal disputes. DJs should keep all playlists and planning forms for 1 year after event date in order to assist in legal disputes, what songs were actually played and any notes on music tastes for the client for next years event.


Talent is allowed to receive venmo, cashapp, zelle or cash payments at the event as a gratuity or overtime.
