In the rare event we get a dispute or have entertainers fail to show up or not provide the best service. We require this form filled out and photos/ videos from event to ensure a proper investigation. Many things come into account and the decision is made as a Final say. We have had clients try scamming us and we always ensure the clients have followed all of our procedures as well as our staff of entertainers.
