We NO longer rent 72 inch round tables
Items without tablecloths, sashes, covers etc... are used items and show wear and tear. Please order covers or linens if you are having a formal event.
We will respond within 24hrs to get you a quote. Insured and we work 24/7. We require a copy of a drivers license or ID for all orders with items being left somewhere without our team being there. Most orders require a cash/zelle/cashapp/venmo security deposit/damage waiver. This is returned when items are picked up. Must be 18+ to rent items. We reserve the right to refrain from renting items to anyone or any event deemed unsafe, irresponsible or at risk of losing items to weather or theft.
Our team performs regular cleaning every 1, 2 or 3 rentals which includes power washing items, bolt and cut repairs, staining, painting or adjustments. Every spring our items go through a standard maintenance process and chairs receive a coating of paint. Our tables get stained and sealed and all items get a go ahead for a busy season. We may at any time sub rent items from another company to fulfill orders.

Effective October 1st 2025
All chair rentals that are regular standard rentals and also all linens, chair covers & sashes will be booked in quantities of 5 (five). We figured over time it's easier to clean and package 5 chair covers and also wrap the legs of 5 chairs which is what our average team member can carry at a time. This also helps us transport and store chairs easier. It also is easier to see that those items are clean and event ready. Plus we are developing a system in our warehouse to quickly count all 5 piece packs by using labels. Large Oversized chairs are single item rentals.

How do we know the quantity of items you have in stock & that you can take my entire order?
Our inventory constantly changes & our team and our software program manages inventory with a count system that's updated based on event date and time as well as our team checking the warehouse monthly for items we may be low on. If we need more of something, we will order it or sub rent from one of our other rental company colleagues.
How are items transported?
Our company uses many labeled containers, road cases, covers, tags, & clothing labels or even heavy duty bags. Shrink wrap & vacuum sealed bags are our friends. Keeping items clean during transport is crucial & rest assured if items get dirty or broken during transport then we will refund you, or replace items super fast. Once items are left at the event or venue and signed off on, we hold NO responsibility to replacement or refund.
What is sub renting?
Sub renting is our company renting items from another company we know and trust. If we don't have enough of something or if a specific item will make or break an entire order, we get the best price from other rental companies. We handle pickup, transportation & drop off.
