All Fairs and Multi Day Events 2hrs or more may require a specific amount of services or money spent per day to book select acts. Lodging may be required if it's a multi day contract. Our software system Goodshuffle Pro is what we use to manage all inventory and bookings. Contract and Quote is given that way. A 50% retainer is required to secure date(s) and equipment as well as performers or staff. Balance is due 7 days before event date for festivals or can be arranged to be paid on event dates.
Fairs may request photos, videos or promotional flyers designed by us to help promote our services at your event. NO charge to you. This must be done 2 months in advance. All characters may NOT be promoted as the names of any TV, Movie or Trademarked Characters.
We are more than happy to have a zoom, phone or email meeting to discuss all services and details, as well as brainstorm ideas. In person meetings happen in Early Winter at the PA County Fair association convention and can be arranged in Harrisburg PA or Lehigh Valley PA throughout the year. Festivals and Fairs can charge ticket prices or wristbands on any items we offer and they keep 100% as long as we are paid our fees below. You can certainly make more money off each game or attraction.

Services, Rentals & Packages
All rentals below do NOT have attendants unless they specifically state that in the description. Setup and Teardown of rentals, chairs, tents or tables is INCLUDED.
 Kiddie Fun House Mirror$80/day rental |  Walk around clown$100/hr minimum 2hrs. Perfect walk around fun with magic, comedy, puppets, balloons and either very little makeup and nose or NO makeup and nose. Family friendly silliness. |

 Kids Area Comedy Magic Show$300 1hr show, perfect for a small stage with 200 people or less, lots of kid friendly magic, puppets, comedy, and who knows what. |  Open Air Print Booth$600 4hrs, unlimited printed photo strips, props, backdrop and attendant. Perfect for sponsors to get their name out there with logo at the bottom of each strip. |
 Sumo Wrestling$150 per day, this activity should have an attendant with it. |  8 piece mini golf$800 per day, mini golf with attendant and a variety of putters, balls with different themes and colors, scorecards, obstacles and pencils included. |
 Foam Party Experience$600/4hr minimum, 50--80 people can enjoy foam being blasted off every 10 minutes. DJ music and nighttime glow lights included. |  Giant Inflatable Chair$150 per day, must be plugged into an outlet or there is a $75 per day generator charge. This is a selfie or photo op area for guests with their own cameras. |
 Giant Inflatable Yard Games Setup$400 rental per day. |  County Fair Karaoke$800 for up to 4hrs of DJ dancing and karaoke where guests feel like stars. Family friendly songs, glow lighting, 4 speaker system for 300 people and mini trophies, sequin jackets, props and a backdrop. We really go above and beyond. |
 MC/Party Motivator$100/hour, 4hr minimum, Stevie will help get crowds excited, and out props or giveaways and dance through audiences. With a host like voice and extensive marketing and event experience as well as been a DJ at over 1,500 events. Stevie can make fair announcements over a loudspeaker or mingle through crowds during concerts. |  Character Walk Around$200/2hr minimum, $100 each hour after. |
